EDNA'S NEW HOME AT GEORGE DAVIS MANOR

I thought you would like to see where Edna is living now in West Lafayette.  Rose Ann and I visited there last summer and got a little tour with Helen.  It is run by the Franciscans.  I know these are marketing pictures, but it really is nice.

Edna's new home looks nice - I hope she adjusts soon.

This morning on the news they said that Benton County was under a winter advisory tonight - NO OTHER COUNTY in Indiana is under this advisory - they are so lucky!!

CJ just stopped by - he plans on taking an Animal Tech exam next month - he will then be certified at a higher level - he is thinking about looking for another job - perhaps in a vets office - he thinks with this certification, he would be qualified.

Have a good day!

I was so confused how you got those amazing pictures of Edna's new home. You mentioned seeing it this summer...I was so impressed that you were organized enough to have taken pictures last summer and then found them to post today. But...then I realized you took them from their website. Which I might add...is equally impressive! You've become quite the exert blogger!

Doug had a great birthday! His students were happy for the donuts & I think it made for a fun day for Doug. He & I went out to dinner tonight, which was nice. A friend watched the kids for us.

Our weather didn't get as bad as expected today. Its COLD now. Rained this morning then snowed & now has frozen. But it was slush that froze, so not quite as slippery. I was thankful school was not cancelled...I hadn't worked in a week. It felt good to go back and begin digging out!

We're super excited to go to Norfolk this Friday & Saturday. Just the kids & I will go. Hopefully the weather will cooperate.

See ya!
