OUR HOME IS SO QUIET NOW

Beth and Ben left this morning by 8:30 and Sara & Doug by 10. We have finished up picking up the house and vacuuming and finding left behind stuff here and there. Gertie's giraffe is here and some of the Protzman outerwear and odds and ends. Roger came over and borrowed our truck to take their Christmas tree to recycling and then took their stuff. We sure enjoy these times when we can all get together and talk, play, eat and even sleep a little. Ha. It is cold here, but we talked to my mother in Indiana and it is just as cold there (in the low teens).

We just arrived in St. Louis about an hour ago. We drove through some snow on the way here, but it was actually kind of nice. The biggest hazzard on the road was how tired we both were! But like I said, we're here now and the kids are running around like crazy. Thanks again for everything. We love you guys.
