Roger and Benjamin just got back from a fishing trip to Texas with Roger's parents and Ben caught some BIG fish and had to release them. To keep a fish it had to be within a window for size, neither too big nor too small.

Actually, the size of the fish has to be less than 16" or greater than 24" in order to be a keeper. This big one was 23-1/2".
