IT IS GOOD TO BE HOME!

Have you ever heard of "Uppercase Living" expressions?  Well, we got a couple and one of them we put downstairs above our couch and looks GREAT.  It is good to be home, though the vacation was wonderful, but coming home is always good.  Since home Rose Ann is back at it at work and I am back into my routine of daily Mass, reading and working in the yard, etc.  I have mowed our yard twice since back.  The rains have our yard looking great.  

BROOKE GRADUATES

Marc and Brooke at Brooke's graduation this week.  Way to go, girl!  Proud Grandma, Roberta, was right there snapping pictures.  

WASHINGTON DC VACATION

We are back home and we had a wonderful time in Washington, DC, touring around seeing some of the many sights.  We just really had an enjoyable time.  We averaged walking about 7 miles a day.  We got used to riding the Metro subway system and found it clean, inexpensive, safe and very reliable.

FREELAND GIRLS ROAD TRIP 2008

I thought this was a good picture of the Freeland girls.  They had a wonderful time and, as far as I know, did not destroy any homes.  Ha.
